Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect the information you choose to give us, we use it to talk to you and work with you, and we never sell it. No ad trackers, no data brokers.
Who we are
nineyards ("we", "us") builds custom software and AI systems for businesses. This policy covers nineyards.ai and how we handle information collected through it. Questions go to hello@nineyards.ai.
What we collect
- Booking details. When you book a strategy session, we collect your name, email address, the time you pick, and anything you write in the notes field.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and secure the site.
That's it. We don't run analytics trackers or advertising pixels, and the site doesn't set tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold your strategy session.
- To respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver that work.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they only receive what they need to do their job:
- Cal.com — scheduling. Your booking details are processed by Cal.com to create the meeting.
- Vercel — hosting. Serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and booking information for as long as we're talking or working together, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back. Email us and we'll delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nineyards.ai and we'll handle it — no forms, no runaround.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly start doing something this page says we don't do.
