Every engagement starts with a strategy session (Yard Zero) where we assess your current systems and define a concrete build plan. From there, we work on fixed-scope project milestones or a dedicated monthly engineering partnership. You always know what is being built, when it will ship, and what it costs.

04What happens after our software is built and launched?

We stay. Most software agencies invoice at launch and leave you to manage bugs, hosting, and updates yourself. Nineyards provides ongoing support, infrastructure management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvements as part of our core offering.
