Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 17, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever tools they browse with. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought, and that applies to our own site as much as the software we ship for clients.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Where we fall short, we treat it as a bug and fix it.

What we do

  • Semantic structure. Pages use proper landmarks, headings, and lists so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Keyboard access. Everything you can do with a mouse, you can do with a keyboard.
  • Reduced motion. The site's animations are switched off automatically when your system asks for reduced motion.
  • Described visuals. Meaningful graphics carry text alternatives, and purely decorative ones are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Contrast and scale. Text is sized with relative units and set against the dark background at readable contrast, and the layout holds up when you zoom.

Known limitations

  • Booking widget. Session booking runs on Cal.com, a third-party service. We chose it partly for its accessibility record, but its interface is outside our direct control.
  • Animated visuals. Some sections use animated illustrations. They are decorative, described in text, and disabled under reduced motion, but we keep reviewing them.

Tell us if something is in your way

If any part of this site is hard to use with your setup, we want to know. Email hello@nineyards.ai and we'll fix it or find you another way to get what you needed. If you'd rather book a conversation by email than through the widget, that works too.
